Edik Prokopchuk
Hello!
My name is Edik Prokopchuk and I am a National Co-coordinator for the “Fire of Hope” ministry in Ukraine.
I was born and raised in Crimea, Ukraine where I lived for the first 16 years of my life. I then spent a year in Homer, Michigan (USA) as an exchange student. I love cooking, reading and playing the guitar.
In 2009, I graduated from the Kyiv National Linguistic University majoring in Japanese and Foreign Literature. At the age of 22, while living and studying in Kyiv, I met Christ and received Him as my Lord and Savior. Almost two years later, I met Paul at a youth conference and he invited me to be his interpreter at a “Fire of Hope” School of Evangelism event. While there, I received complete assurance of my salvation and gained a zeal to share with others and train others to share Christ.
Since then I have become more and more involved in the ministry, both at the church and with the “Fire of Hope” work. I love the fact that I can use my skills and experience for God’s glory and help others become more active in sharing the Truth!
