We held our very first Winter Youth English Camp on Jan. 2 – 7 in the Carpathian Mountains in Western Ukraine! Campers practiced their English, engaged in fun activities, celebrated *Christmas and heard the good news of Jesus Christ! 15 of the campers prayed to receive Jesus and are now being visited by church staff! Praise God!
The Camp was led by Edik &Tanya Khamzin, and a team of 15 Ukrainian and American volunteers.
American volunteers included the Philson family from Elwood, NE , Mark Vanderploeg from Primghar, IA and Keaton Vanderploeg from Flagstaff, AZ.
